UCD Med Student Receives Fulbright Award

Annahita Sarcon, a UC Davis Medical Student, has recently received the prestigious Fulbright Award. A truly inspirational individual, Sarcon will join the ranks of a highly intellectual group, of which, 43 have received Nobel Peace Prizes. This award has given her the opportunity to spend the next nine months in Spain to conduct cardiac stem cell research.
