Bone Marrow Stem Cell Aspiration and Re-Injection with PRP for Osteoarthritis by Dr Adelson

This is a demonstration of the technique I employ to harvest bone marrow (rich in mesenchymal stem cells), combine it with platelet rich plasma (rich in cytokines), and inject the blend into arthritic joints. This technique renders only approximately 1/8 the number of stem cells as does concentration from iliac crest stem cells, but it is far easier and less expensive to perform.
